The Streamline Portable Ground Monitor has been specially designed to be light weight with excellent stability and low maintenance. It is robust and effective and can be quickly brought into use. It folds compactly for vehicle stowage. This portable Ground Monitor delivers a highly effective aspirated foam blanket by using an F900/H branchpipe and Angus Portable Inductors.

The monitor consists of a two way collecting head mounted on a folding stainless steel ground frame. The Monitor outlet is a ball and socket design which provides direct control over a wide area. The natural reaction force of the water is sufficient to maintain position and at the same time permit adjustment during operation. The unit incorporates a swinging flap valve to permit use of a single hose if required. Standard inlet connections are 21/2” Instantaneous but alternative system hose connectors can be fitted. The standard outlet connection is 21/2” BSP male thread but this can also be adapted as desired to hose connectors to permit the use of various nozzles.

Angus Hi-Combat Portable Monitors are lightweight, self-inducing portable low expansion foam monitors, which are easily deployed by two firemen.
They offer entry level fire fighting for protecting hydrocarbon and other risks that require finished foam applied from a safe distance. They are ideal for volunteer fire teams looking after small tank farms, as well as professional firefighters with storage tank responsibilities. Once set up the units can be left to operate unattended, provided that an adequate supply of foam concentrate is available. Typical applications include bund and small tank protection, rail and truck loading gantries, waste and oily pits.

Flows are 1800 lpm and 2700 lpm @ 7bar.

The Hi-Combat Titan Monitor is a high performance, low expansion monitor system for fighting fires in larger diameter storage tanks.  The Titan will put foam onto the top of a tank 20 meters high from a distance of 30 meters.  To achieve this pressure losses through the monitor are kept to a minimum through the use of 4″ supply hose.

Flow throughput is 4500 lpm @ 7bar.
